Figure drawing

I have completed another day or my drawing class (life drawing) Today was a tough one. we had a critique at the beginning of class which did not go well at all. i got a 56 on drawing that i was confident to be A+ work. then we had to draw naked people. i got so tired ad frustrated that at one point i stopped drawing and attempted to crush my sanguine nupastel in between my index finger and thumb. all the while praying that God would help me persevere through the rest of the semester and a possible spring semester. VERY shortly after my failed attempt to vanquish a surprisingly hard pastel, the model we were drawing fainted. literally. she staggered sideways, stepped to the floor and the fell to the ground. weird timing right? well we still finished class and i then emarked on my 135 mile journey back to my car at the church parking lot. theres my afternoon in a nutshell. now im hanging out with dayle and i have a softball game in about 45 minutes, so life has returned to its recent pleasantry.
